Shipping Within Australia
Standard Shipping:
- Delivery time: 5-10 business days
- Cost: $9.95 AUD
- FREE shipping on orders over $100 AUD
Express Shipping:
- Delivery time: 2-5 business days
- Cost: $15.95 AUD
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations:
- Delivery time: 10-20 business days
- Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday)
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through our shipping partner's website.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Check your tracking information
- Verify your shipping address
- Contact us through our Contact page with your order number
We're not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
- Customs clearance delays
- Natural disasters or extreme weather events
- Carrier delays beyond our control
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged items)
- Provide photos of any damage
- We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
