Refund & Returns Policy

At SandiFreckle Swimwear, we want you to love your purchase. This policy outlines your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law Guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange if:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Swimwear hygiene liners are intact and unremoved
  • Items are returned in original packaging
  • You provide proof of purchase

Please note: For hygiene reasons, swimwear bottoms and one-pieces cannot be returned if the hygiene liner has been removed or damaged.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Faulty or Defective Items

If you receive a faulty or defective item, please contact us immediately. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to:

  • A refund, repair, or replacement for major faults
  • Compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us through our Contact page or email returns@sandifreckle.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
  4. Pack items securely in original packaging
  5. Send items back using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Faulty/incorrect items: We will cover return shipping costs

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

  • Process your refund within 5-10 business days
  • Refund to your original payment method
  • Send you an email confirmation

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
